V-belt Pulleys SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC

V-belt pulleys SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC can be used for all types of V-belts as well as for multiple belts SPZ-SPC. Their grooves are shaped to the DIN2215 and DIN2216 standards for narrow, classic and cut V-belts.

SPZ for belts SPZ, XPZ, 3V, 3VX, Z, ZX, 10 SPA for belts SPA, XPA, A, AX, 13 SPB for belts SPB, XPB, 5V, 5VX, B, BX, 17 SPC for belts SPC, XPC, C, CX, 22

Material: High-grade grey cast iron GG20-GG25 Planar run-out to: DIN 2211 Vol 1 Circumferential run-out to: DIN 2211 Vol 1 Surface roughness to: ISO 254 Degree of balance to: VDI 2060, ISO 1940 Pulleys with Dw > 125mm are balanced statically to q 6.3, while imbalance of 2g on the diameter Dm is tolerated. Residual imbalance is < 100g mm/kg at 600 rev/min and 20g mm/kg at 3,000 rev/min. On request, pulleys can be balanced dynamically in two planes to q 6.3 - q 2.5.
