Standard cross-sections, versions and dimensions:

EAGLE 8M

EAGLE 14M

Marking:
B - 38S - MPB
B - EAGLE belt span and width (span 8.0mm, width 37.0mm), 38 - number of teeth (cogs)

Application:
  • EAGLE 8M for belts 17, 33 and 65mm wide with an 8.00-mm span
  • EAGLE 14M for belts 37, 54.5, 72 and 107mm wide with a 14.00-mm span

Material:
Steel C45, 9 SMn 28K, 9 SMnPb 28 K ...
High-grade grey iron GG20-GG25, ductile cast iron GGG400, cast steel GS400...
Surface roughness to: ISO 254
Degree of balance to: VDI 2060, ISO 1940
For radial speed v > 30 m/s it is necessary to balance the pulley.
