Timing belt pulleys PC GT Polychain are designed for Polychain PC GT or CTD cross-section timing belts.

Standard cross-sections, versions and dimensions:

PC GT 8M

PC GT 14M

Marking:
08M - 30 - S36
08M - cross-section, 30 - number of teeth (cogs), S36 - for Polychain belts 36mm wide

Application:
  • PC GT 8M for belts 12, 21, 36 and 62mm wide with an 8.00-mm span
  • PC GT 14M for belts 20, 37, 68, 90 and 125mm wide with a 14.00-mm span

Material:

Steel C45, 9 SMn 28K, 9 SMnPb 28 K
High-grade grey iron GG20-GG25
Surface roughness to: ISO 254
Degree of balance to: VDI 2060, ISO 1940
For radial speed v > 30 m/s it is necessary to balance the pulley.
