Poly-V belt pulleys PJ, PK, PL, PM are designed for all types of poly-V belts. They are manufactured to DIN 2211 and ISO 4183.

High-grade grey cast iron GG20-GG25 Surface roughness to: ISO 254 Degree of balance to: VDI 2060, ISO 1940 Degree of balance to: VDI 2060, ISO 1940 Pulleys with Dw > 125mm are balanced statically to q 6.3, while imbalance of 2g on the diameter Dm is tolerated. Residual imbalance is < 100g mm/kg at 600 rev/min and 20g mm/kg at 3,000 rev/min. On request, pulleys can be balanced dynamically in two planes to q 6.3 - q 2.5.
