V-belts for high power transmission XPZ, XPA, XPB, XPC, 3VX, 5VX
V-belts CONTI−V® ADVANCE FO-Z and ROFLEX RE-X are carved V-belts with inside denting designed for high power transmission at high revolutions. They are made of highly durable polychloroprene and reinforced with special filaments. Their ground sides guarantee better friction and the belts can transmit up to 3 times as much power as classic V-belts.

Application:
V-belts for high power transmission CONTI−V® ADVANCE FO-Z and ROFLEX RE-X meet the highest requirements for modern driving technology and that is why they are used in all branches of engineering industry.
Properties:
- high power transmission (up to 3 times as much power as classic V-belts)
- high maximum radial velocity up to 50 m/s (classic V-belts only up to 30m/s)
- L=L resp. TS - stable tolerances in a set, minimum length extension
- made for standard pulleys SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC
- operation temperatures from -30°C to + 90°C (classic V-belts only up to +70°C)
- belt lengths up to 5,000mm
- antistatic properties in compliance with ISO1813
Cross-sections:
V-belts CONTI−V® ADVANCE FO-Z and ROFLEX RE-X are manufactured to DIN 7753 in cross-sections XPZ, XPA, XPB a XPC and to the USA - Standard RMA/MPTA in cross-sections 3VX, 5VX.
