Adjustable Speed V-belts CONTI VARISPEED and ROFLEX-VARI
Adjustable speed V-belts CONTI VARISPEED® and ROFLEX-VARI are wide V-belts specially designed for use in drives with adjustable-speed transmissions and with Variomatik automatic transmissions. The belts meet strict requirements on dynamic load and lateral rigidness. They are of outstanding quality and long life span, as they are made of special polychloroprene mixture. On request, we can supply these belts with strengthened tensile filaments or with kevlar filaments.
Application:
Adjustable speed V-belts CONTI VARISPEED® and ROFLEX-VARI are used in drives with adjustable-speed transmissions.
Properties:
- high power transmission, smooth quiet operation, high durability
- resistance to oils and other chemicals
- operation temperatures from -30°C to +80°C
- antistatic properties in compliance with ISO181

Significant parameters of adjustable speed V-belts are:
a) top width (range 16 - 100mm)
b) cross-section height (range 8 - 25mm)
c) belt length (range 600 - 5000mm)
d) cross-section angle (range from 20° to 42° in 2° intervals)
Manufacture:
Due to the wide range of applications with adjustable speed V-belts, they are manufactured to several standards:
- ISO 1604, DIN 7719/1, RMA/MPTA IP-25 related to industrial adjustable speed V-belts
- ISO 3410, ASAE S211.4 related to agricultural adjustable speed V-belts
