Heat-sealable Polyurethane Driving and Conveyor Belts
Heat-sealable polyurethane driving and conveyor belts are made of very durable polyurethane or polyester. Several belt types are further reinforced with special tensile filaments. Apart from being resistant to high temperatures as well as to aggressive chemicals, they have a long lifespan. They are manufactured in six degrees of hardness distinguished from each other by different colours. There are two basic cross-sections: V and O, but there also are many other variants.
Application:
These belts are used as driving and conveyor belts in many industries especially in small and middle-sized drives without high loads. Most often, they are found operating as conveyor belts in glass industry, ceramics manufacturing and food-processing. It is possible to join them with special tools directly at the site thus creating loops of virtually any length.

- easily heat-sealable into loops of any length
- resistance to oils, fats, pollutants and chemicals
- operation temperatures from -30°C to + 80°C
- hygienically suitable for food industry
