Special V-shaped Conveyor Belts
Special conveyor V-belts are single or multiple belts the surface of which is specially designed for specific uses in industrial applications. They are made of various rubber mixtures that differ according to the specific purpose of a particular belt and they are reinforced with synthetic tensile filaments. Alternatively, special V-belts can be replaced with standard V-belts covered in a special layer of various materials.
Application:
Special conveyor V-belts are used in selected applications in which it is not possible to use standard V-belts, e.g. in conveying furniture parts on an assembly line, as classic belts leave rubber marks on the products; in ceramics industry, where only special pointed-cross-section belts can be used; in wood processing industry, where the belts have to have non-slip surfaces; in all production processes where the transported parts are of high temperature, etc.
