Bothsided Timing Belts SYNCHROTWIN®
Bothsided timing belts CONTI SYNCHROTWIN® have been designed for drives that require reverse rotation and in drives where it is necessary to economically transmit synchronous power both inside and outside in a wide range of low and mid-power applications (standard design). The CXP design is suitable for high-power drives at high revolutions, and the CXA for high torque.

Application:
Bothsided timing belts CONTI SYNCHROTWIN® are suitable for drives that require reverse rotation and in drives where it is necessary to transmit synchronous power both inside and outside. They facilitate the design of compact drives with up to 98 % efficiency.
Properties:
- high power transmission and long life span
- partial resistance to oils - suitable for use in tropical climate
- electric conductivity in compliance with ISO 9563 in the CXP and CXA designs
- operation temperatures from -20°C to +100°C (dependent on type and use)
Cross-sections:
Bothsided timing belts CONTI SYNCHROTWIN® are manufactured in three designs with the HTD and STD cross-sections (Standard, CXP and CXA). The standard design belts are also made in trapezoid cross-sections XLDD, LDD and HDD.
