Imperial Neoprene Timing Belts MXL, XL, L, H, XH, XXH
Neoprene timing belts with imperial span CONTI SYNCHROBELT® are the oldest type of industrial driving belts. They enable the design of efficient reliable drives in a wide range of low and mid-power applications. These belts are made of highly durable rubber mixture and reinforced with glass fibres and their denting is protected with a special impregnated fabric.

Application:
Imperial timing belts CONTI SYNCHROBELT® can be found in practically all industrial applications, but mainly in low and mid-power drives.
However, newly designed drives nowadays use HTD and STD cross-section belts, as they can transmit more power at higher revolutions.
Properties:
- high power transmission and long life span
- partial resistance to oils
- suitable for use in tropical climate
- operation temperatures from -20°C to +100°C
Cross-sections:
Imperial timing belts are made in cross-sections MXL, XL, L, H, XH, XXH.
Marking:
420 H 150
420 - belt lenght in inches x 10 (42.0 inches = 42.0 x 25.4 = 1066.80 mm), H - cross-section, 150 - belt widht in inches x 100 (1.50 inch = 38.1 mm)
Cross-sections and length ranges:
| Cross-section | Length Range Lw in mm |
| MXL | 109.73 - 1026.16 |
