Polyurethane Timing Belts SYNCHROFLEX® GEN III
Polyurethane timing belts SYNCHROFLEX® GEN III are the most powerful of all polyurethane belts. The use of special, highly durable polyurethane and specially designed tensile filaments have raised the transmitted power by up to 25% in comparison to standard AT belts. At the same time, the belts are more durable and can bear a higher tension. For easy recognition GEN III belts are red.
Application:
Polyurethane timing belts SYNCHROFLEX® GEN III are used in drives designed for maximum power, e.g. in single-purpose machines, machine tools, packaging and food-processing machines.
Properties:
- up to 45% higher strength and up to 25% higher transmitted power
- lower friction, higher wear resistance, longer life span
- resistance to oils, petrol, benzol, UV radiation and ozone
- higher operation temperatures from -30°C to +100°C (dependent on use)
