Endless Driving Flat Belts T150
Driving flat belts T150 are endless rubber flat belts without any seams. Due to their high flexibility and ability to transmit high power they enable designing compact drives for maximum radial speed transmission. These belts are made of polyester (alternatively Kevlar) fabric or filaments, which is covered with rubber layers on either side. They are black.
Application:
Endless rubber belts T150 are mainly used in drives designed to transmit power at high revolutions, i.e. in machine tools, grinding machines, textile machines, etc.
Properties:
- high power transmission and long life span
- high dynamic stress resistance up to do 80 m/s
- high flexibility, small pulley diameters
- operation temperatures from -30°C to +80°C (dependent on application)
- antistatic properties in compliance with ISO 1813
Cross-sections and length ranges:
Endless rubber belts T150 are manufactured maximum 300 mm wide and 3,600 mm long. Standard thickness is 1.0 mm. Belts are supplied in sleeves which are cut to the widths required by customers.
