Open-ended Polyurethane Flat Belts POLYFLAT
Due to their high flexibility and ability to transmit high power, open-ended polyurethane flat belts CONTI POLYFLAT® enable the design of more compact drives with considerably smaller pulley diameters in comparison to those with steel cables. Consequently it is possible to use less powerful smaller motors and to design much less space-consuming drive configurations with insignificant momentum masses, which reduces energy as well as production costs. CONTI POLYFLAT® flat belts have won many an award for their design concept.

Application:
Polyurethane flat belts CONTI POLYFLAT® can be found mainly in conveyor washes, positioning and hoisting machinery, elevators, forklifts and lifting platforms.

Properties:
- high power transmission and long life span
- resistance to oils, petrol, benzol, UV radiation and ozone
- wear resistance, little or no maintenance required
- operation temperatures from -30°C to +80°C (dependent on use)
Cross-sections and length ranges:
Open-ended polyurethane flat belts CONTI POLYFLAT® are manufactured in many types and cross-sections to customer specifications. These differ in materials, reinforcement and layer lay-outs, the modes of operation, etc. They are produced in widths of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 85, 100 and 120 mm. Open-ended belts can be supplied in any length and the standard lengths of rolls are 50 and 100 metres.

HP - reinforced
HP-Niro with stainless-steel tensile filaments
HF with high flexibility
XXHS with maximum tensile strength
