Terms for making a purchase from the TYMA CZ company’s e-shop
- Both registered and non-registered customers can make a purchase from our e-shop.
- Registration is not conditional and if you do not use the e-shop your registration is not terminated. Enter the e-shop by entering your name and password. If you forget your password you will be sent a new one by e-mail.
- There are not set quantities. The minimum ordered quantity is 1 item or 1 m.
- The prices are in CZK or €, excl. VAT, incl. VAT respectively.
- The Price on Request applies to cases where no prices or zero prices are stated. The price of this item is calculated after receiving information about availability and up-to-date prices from our suppliers. Please, write down required amount and send inquiry or order the goods. The price and shipping conditions will be sent on your e-mail address. After your confirmation the goods will be ordered from the supplier
- The delivery deadline for items in stock is 1-2 business days from receipt of your order. For goods that are not in stock the delivery deadline usually ranges from 1-2 weeks, while we wait for receipt of the goods from the supplier. If we find that the delivery deadline will be more than 3 weeks, we will send you a notice
- You will receive confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you provide.
- Dispatch. Orders are filled on business days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Transportation Fee. The consignments up to 30 kg shall be shipped via parcel service provided by the post. The consignments exceeding 30 kg shall be delivered by a forwarding service. The transportation fee shall be charged according to the price list of the pertinent forwarder. For exports outside EU the fee for the TCP customs declaration shall be charged. Should the e-shop not state the exact amount of the transportation fee, the exact amount shall be confirmed via e-mail based on the information from the forwarder.
- Payment. Unless arranged otherwise goods are sent payment on receipt. Goods may also be collected directly from our central warehouse in Trmice.

- The delivery time for shipments abroad takes in general 4 - 5 working days, for some countries it can take up to 7 – 10 working days
